Hey Randy, thanks for reaching out! The correct Rhino-Rack Backbone Mounting System for your 2011 Lexus GX 460 is the Kit # RRRTPB1. Please note this will require the removal of any OEM rails that may or may not be installed on your vehicle. The Kit # RRRT4B1 for a 5th Gen 4Runner won't fit your Lexus.

The Rhino-Rack Backbone Mounting System # RRRTPB1 is going to add between 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 inches to the roof of your vehicle depending on where you measure. The platform trays like the # RR93AB which includes the backbone and fit your 2014 Lexus GX 460 would add another 2 inches so you'd be most likely at 5- 6 inches of additional height.
